The End of the World

We always thought it would be a nuclear war that would end the world. Or maybe a meteor. Then it was global warming, but the real truth is it's plastic. Plastic is going to end the world. It's going to permeate strangle and suffocate every living organism on the planet, and the planet itself. We have to stop making it. What is wrong with us? I have plastic all around me everyday. I use it all the time. I know nothing else and I also know it's going to be the end of this unique beautiful marble hurling through space. The only thing that will overcome the plastic will be when our sun explodes and swallows everything. Now... Go to work, pay your bills and your taxes, and consume ... Consume...  and get a good night sleep because you have to do it again tomorrow.
